Noida: District RWA demands Covid-19 treatment by private hospitals, writes to UP CM
NOIDA: Given the pressure on government
“We had petitioned to UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath to authorise private hospitals to begin novel coronavirus treatment in their premises as government hospitals are burdened with majority number of cases. At a time like this worldwide pandemic, the role of private hospitals become very important in lending a helping hand to the government,” said NP Singh president DDRWA.
Singh adds that those who can afford private hospitals should be allowed to get their treatment from there. “This will help ease the burden from government treatment centres,” said Singh.
“This is a very genuine request and also important, as those who can afford private hospitals, should take treatment from there. This way the less privileged can be treated better in government hospitals,” said Akshay Kapoor resident of sector 44.
According to Singh, a positive response was received from CM office in principal on the matter, even as a government order is yet to be released.

Even if one covid pt is admitted in private hosptl..the whole hosptl will be empty except the covid patients.Aleady the private hospitals are in the verge of collapse..just for luxury of somet afforadable patients, it will jeopardise many lives.Doctors staffs coming in contact will have to go for quarantine..who will look after the non covid patients ?Who will pay the doctors and staffs who are already not getting salary as there are negligible patients in the hospitals.I must say its a very selfish unilateral kind of decision. You fill all the private hospitals with covid patients..and there is nowhere to go for the non covid patients.Read allPost comment
