Min reviews Catch the Rain campaign

Noida: The joint secretary of the ministry of heavy industries, Vijay Mittal visited Noida on Thursday along with his team to review the progress of work under the Catch the Rain campaign of Jal Shakti Abhiyan. Through Jal Shakti Abhiyan the government is trying to conserve groundwater reserves. Over 75 ponds have been selected under this campaign for making Amrit Sarovar, for which the work will be completed by November. Mittal told the officials to record success stories of the work done in the district during the campaign and post them on the GOI portal inspiring other states and districts. TNN
