Indian handicrafts fair to be held from Oct 14 in Greater Noida

Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair (IHGF)-Delhi Fair Autumn 2015 will be held from 14 – 18 October, 2015 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. Around 2,750 exhibitors drawn from all over India will be exhibiting home, lifestyles and fashion products spread over in 14 halls.

GREATER NOIDA: Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair (IHGF)-Delhi Fair Autumn 2015 will be held from 14 – 18 October, 2015 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. Around 2,750 exhibitors drawn from all over India will be exhibiting home, lifestyles and fashion products spread over in 14 halls. IHGF which was started in the year 1994 will reach its 40th edition with the Autumn Fair 2015.

More than 5,000 buyers are expected to source their requirement at this fair. Buyers from countries like USA, UK, Japan, France, Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, China, Australia, Philippines, Hong Kong and many more countries have already confirmed their visit to the fair. “However, buyers from Latin American region particularly Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Central Asia, Africa and middle east will also be sourcing their requirement at this fair,” said Dinesh Kumar, Chairman – EPCH.
Apart from presence of large number of overseas buyers, a sizeable number of domestic volume retail buyers from Reliance Retail, Fab Furnish, West Side, Shoppers Stop, Land Mark Group and renowned e-commerce companies such Ebay, flipkart, bedbath & More, Pepper Fry, Urban Ladder and many more have also confirmed their visit to the fair for bulk sourcing, added Rakesh Kumar, Executive Director – EPCH.
Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts(EPCH), which is a nodal agency for promotion and development of handicrafts has been organizing the Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair for the last 21 years. IHGF-Delhi Fair Autumn 2015 is expected to generate huge amount of enquiries and orders.
