, who was appointed as the nodal officer for Gautam Budh Nagar following a state government order that officers at the level of DGs to DIGs will oversee district policing, has said Noida Authority’s plan to install

cameras was moving at a slow pace.


On Wednesday, Singhal addressed media persons and shared his contact number (9454400135) saying complainants could reach him in case they were facing problems.

“I have been informed that 12 districts were chosen for implementation of ITMS and smart city surveillance system but due to some reason, the plan could not be rolled out in the district. But, I have been informed that Noida Authority has hired a consultant for a survey of different intersections and a prepare a DPR. It is moving at a slow pace,” he said. He said Gautam Budh Nagar police had demanded more vehicles for patrolling.
