The school provides parents with login IDs to access updated information such as daily attendance, academic performance, health and so on. The information can be accessed only by the parents and school administration.
“We have started online management system with around eight schools in Navi Mumbai, which update the ward’s daily attendance academic performance, timetables among other details. The login IDs has been provided to the parents to keep track of their ward’s performance,” said Neti Srinivasan, chief operating officer, Ryan Group of Institutions.
Chandramohan Thakur, Podar International School, Nerul said that most of the parents work and don’t have enough time to visit the school regularly to get information related to their ward.
“Hence, the online system was introduced which includes attendance, administrative updates, group messages and also to pay the fees,” he added.
Parents of children studying in Avalon Heights International can keep a check on the assignments and home works given to the students.

“We will also be introducing other features like attendance and academic performance,” said Barkha Punjabi, school administrator, Avalon Heights International, Vashi.
St Mary's Multipurpose High School in Vashi has also included details about library and health.
“We recently set up the online system which includes timetable, daily attendance health details, examination reports, certificates, school library and paying fees,” said Father Abraham Joseph.
