Here is the list of vaccination centres administering Covishield and Covaxin doses in Navi Mumbai
The

Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation

(

NMMC

) informed that the vaccination in the city will take place at 23 Primary Health centres,

General Hospitals

among other centres on Tuesday (June 15). These centres will administer first and second dose of Covishield and second dose of Covaxin.

With 150 doses each, the first and second dose of Covishield will be given at 23 Urban Primary Health Centres, MCH Turbhe. The people above 45 years, healthcare workers (HCW) and frontline workers (FLW) are eligible for the vaccination.

The Covishield first and second dose will be also given at Railway colony health unit in Juinagar, Groma Centre, Dana Market, APMC Bhaji market, NMMC School No 24 in Hanuman Nagar, NMMC School No 30 in Koparigaon, NMMC School no 42 in Adawali Bhutawali, NMMC School No 36 in Koperkharaine. These centres will have 100 doses each.

However, with 450 doses each, the Covishield first and the second dose will be also given at ESIS Hospital in Vashi, General Hospitals in Vashi, Nerul and Airoli.

All the above centres will be giving vaccination to 45+, HCW and FLW.


Drive-in vaccination: The NMMC will also be operating drive-in vaccination today at Inorbit Mall in Vashi and Seawood Grand Central Mall between 9 am and 5 pm. People above 45, HCW and FLW are eligible to take vaccination here.

The second dose of Covaxin will also be given today to the people in the 18-44 age group, 45+, HCW and FLW. The

General Hospital

in Vashi will have 160 doses, General Hospital in Nerul has 200 doses and Airoli has 160 doses.

All the vaccination centres in Navi Mumbai will operate between 9 am and 5 pm.


On the other hand, the municipal corporation has mentioned that the residents of Navi Mumbai will be given vaccine shots on priority at these centres.

Also, people with disabilities will be given a token on priority and they will not need to wait in a queue.

Meanwhile, Navi Mumbai on Monday reported 65 new cases, 6 deaths and 112 recoveries. So far, 96,243 people have been discharged and 1,129 patients are taking treatment.
