MSAI and Heart Foundation spread awareness on road safety to students
NAVI MUMBAI: Members of the
Around 100 students from Classes VI and VII attended the seminar which was conducted by the third year medical students of MGM Medical College, Kamothe.
While stressing on the importance of following road safety rules Dr. Jayakar Ellis, president, Heart Foundation said, “People need to be responsible for their own safety. Unless that happens, the road accident rate is unlikely to come down. It is important to inculcate road safety rules right from childhood.”
The students were taught on how to be safe, follow traffic rules through powerpoint presentations, charts and placards.
