Life for tailor who murdered colleague in ’17

NAVI MUMBAI: After six years of court trial in a 2017 murder case, the Belapur district additional sessions court has convicted and sentenced a 36-year-old tailor to life term imprisonment for killing his colleague.

The conviction order was pronounced by the judge on Monday. Accused Ehsan Khan strangulated his colleague Mohammad Khan (27) at a tailoring shop in Mahape fearing he would reveal about his married sister’s illict relationship with another man to his brother-in-law.
