, since the suggestions by the judges were not acceptable to the petitioners. The divisional bench of judges Abhay Oak and Gautam Patel verbally suggested that the children be sent to the school for one year, the parents should go to the school only on invitation by the school and they should pay the remainder of the fees.
These suggestions were not acceptable to the petitioners and, therefore, the case was postponed to Friday, when the petitioners have been asked to argue their case. Lawyer of the petitioner Vikas Mahangare said, "The petitioner wants her children to study in that school but the court had suggested that they try admitting them for one year. The petitioner did not agree to this suggestion." She has agreed to pay the entire fees, not behave in any improper manner, etc."
The petitioner and her husband have been protesting against the alleged illegal and exorbitant fee hike by the school. Subsequently, their two children were issued leaving certificates by the school for alleged misbehaviour of their parents. The parents filed a petition at the high court alleging violation of the Right to Education Act 2005 by the school.
