Rash driving kills engg student riding pillion
Nagpur: A 20-year-old engineering student, Aditi Gautam, died after her friend Badal Nagpure’s motorcycle rammed a footpath near Subash Nagar Mahametro station on Saturday. Police said that Badal was speaking to Aditi, who was riding pillion, when the accident happened. A case of rash driving has been registered against Badal.Four booked for abduction, assault The Sakkardara police booked four persons on the charge of abduction and assault following a complaint filed by the victim, Rohan Raje, who had earned the wrath of the accused for not helping them get salaries for working for a private firm in Pune. On Saturday, they abducted Raje and later let him go. Raje had taken Rs 13,000 from each one of them against the jobs.
