Three booked for misbehaving with woman

NAGPUR: Three youths allegedly misbehaved with a 35-year-old woman after she stopped them for abusing a religious leader at New Babulkheda under the jurisdiction of Ajni police station on Tuesday evening. All accused, Naeem Khan, Shakeel Khan and Kaleem Khan, all residents of New Babulkheda, were booked for molestation and other relevant charges of IPC.
The victim told police that while she was passing along the route, she saw the three accused abusing and mistreating the religious leader in front of Masjid.
While she reprimanded them for their misbehaviour, the youths used indecent language towards her and also threatened her. She claimed that the youths also thrashed her relatives, who had rushed to help her. She immediately alerted Ajni police and filed a complaint.
