Nagpur : To celebrate the 75th year of Independence, the Nagpur University’s Student Parliament organized a five-day symposium to encourage students to express their views and opinions. The second day was designated for a panel discussion on ‘Role of Student Movement in Nation Building’.
The discussion was conducted on Wednesday evening at the NMC Town Hall, Mahal, in presence of several dignitaries and members from NU.
Vishnu Changde, a member of management council, moderated the discussion. Vice-chancellor Subhash Chaudhari and Pro-VC Sanjay Dudhe were among the guests. Changde discussed the importance of students’ participation in panel discussions and stated that a Model United Nations will be conducted next year.
