Std X student held for forcing minor to have unnatural sex
Nagpur: A 17-year-old student of Std X was booked for performing unnatural sex with a 12-year-old boy at the government

It’s learnt that the officials recorded his statement in writing and informed the Child Welfare Society about it. The issue was immediately reported to the cops.
The victim, a student of Std VI, had been shifted to the orphanage by the Child Welfare Society following a court order in August this year. However, the centre officials sent him back since the society had failed to submit his birth certificate and some other important documents.
On September 2, the victim, who had been found begging on the roads, was again transferred to the centre. “He was not interested in studies and avoided talking to other students,” said
“The accused had earlier been driven out of the centre for thrashing other students and breaking rules and regulations,” added Joshi.
“Over the last fortnight, the elder student had been sexually exploiting the victim in their common washroom,” said senior police inspector SB Mane.
Cops took the juvenile accused to the police station and questioned him on Wednesday. He also admitted his acts.
On Thursday, the cops sent the victim and juvenile for medical test. Cops registered offence of unnatural sex under IPC and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
