Some found physics paper easy, others left confused
Nagpur: Students who appeared for the physics paper of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) board examination on Thursday had mixed feelings after leaving the centres. Many thought it was an easy paper while some were confused about their performance. Overall, the difficulty level was moderate, as per responses from the students.
Some students wished they could have had a better chance with offline classes. One of the students from SFS College, Seminary Hills, Aanchal Uke told TOI that she was stressed while attempting the paper. “It was a tough one for me. I wrote everything I could remember. I am content that I know my mistakes. I prefer the offline mode of examinations as it helps students know where they are going wrong. Covid-19 protocols were followed at the centre,” she said.
Expressing disappointment, another student Ankit Mishra said, “I could not understand the questions and was confused throughout the examination. It was tough and the invigilators in our hall were strict.”
Suhani Ramdeo too wasn’t happy with her performance. “It was not a pleasant one for me, though I had prepared a lot. The paper had mostly numerical questions, which made it trickier for me. Offline examinations is a new change as we were accustomed to the online mode, but we will adapt in the coming days,” Suhani said.
“I found section C difficult while section D was easy. With tough invigilation and strict adherenece of Covid-19 protocols, there was a zero scope for students to even communicate in the hall,” said Sia Tiwari, another student from SFS.
For Rishikesh Dhande, it was an easy exam and went very smoothly. “I have always rooted for offline examinations,” he said.
Aditya Gedam said even as the overall paper was easy, he found a few chapters difficult as he was underprepared. “But I am quite confident about the part which I attempted. I am happy with my performance.”
