SB Jain Institute organises industrial visit for MBA students

Nagpur: Department of management at SB Jain Institute of Technology, Management & Research (SBJITMR) organised an industrial visit to Shivam Foods (Parle Industry), located on Umred Road, for first-year MBA students.The visit offered students valuable practical exposure to supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and various managerial functions. Ajay Petkar, coordinator at Shivam Foods (Parle Industry), interacted with the students and shared key insights about the food industry, including emerging career opportunities in the sector.The visit was successfully coordinated by professors Swapnil Thakre, Dipak Bhivgade, Priyanka Patel, and Tanvi Thakur, under the guidance of Prof Shrikrishna Dhale, head of the department. The faculty coordinators expressed their sincere gratitude to Prof Sanjeev Agarwal, CEO, and Sanjay Badjate, principal, for their continuous encouragement and support in facilitating such industry-academia engagements.
