Raipur industrialist's son traced in city

NAGPUR: Aditya, the 16-year-old son of well-known industrialist Shailesh Shah of Bhilai, was traced in the city on Friday. Shah, a standard XI student, was abducted on December 15 on his way to school. He was found following a secret operation launched by Chhattisgarh police.
Sources said that the abductors were demanding Rs12 crores ransom from the family. Three masked men had kidnapped the boy in a white car from a spot near his Nehru Nagar residence.The abduction had created much furore in the state. Confirming the information, Durg superintendent of police Omprakash Pal said that the boy was traced from an undisclosed location. "The boy was safe," he said without revealing more information.
