Nagpur: The Vidarbha Literature Festival 2023 is going to host a special programme centred around the book, Shivaji — India's Great Warrior, authored by Vaibhav Purandare. The event is scheduled to be held at Persistent Systems Auditorium on August 19 at 5.45pm. In conversation with Sachin Jagirdar, general secretary of VLF, Purandare will delve into the book's themes. The book encapsulates the story of Shivaji's journey from a teenage revolutionary to an independent Maratha kingdom ruler, establishing swarajya and redefining the deccan’s political landscape.
