One dies in hit-and-run

NAGPUR: A 40-year-old man, Shakeel Khan, was killed after his motorbike was hit by a speeding four-wheeler at Mankapur square on Thursday afternoon. A resident of Gittikhadan, the deceased used to run a crockery shop. Police said Khan was heading toward Mominpura to attend the last rites of one of his relatives, who had also died a day earlier in a road accident.Cops said Khan's head come under the wheels of the vehicle and he died on the spot. Koradi police have registered a case.
