NAGPUR: Members of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) student wing staged a protest on Thursday after the students of many colleges got exam centres as far as one hour drive.
MNS Vidyarthi Sena's member Mangesh Duke, who led the protest rally to the education officer's office, said, "These students are from Narkhed but were given their centre at Ramtek, which is 150km away from Narkhed.

Today we spoke to the education officer NM Thamke and he agreed to change the centre."
They demanded that centres should always be in the same college as their city. Education officer NM Thamke remained unavailable for comment.
