Man murdered over insecurity, financial tiff
Nagpur: Dreaded goon Rajesh Belekar (38), who had

He was reeling under fear as Belekar, who was murder accused in 1999, 2001 and 2002 at Lakadganj police station, could eliminate him over money and would get overpower said Mane. Chaurasiya and Sakhare, autorickshaw driver, and Shreewas made murder plan at their friend's place, identified as Gajanan Ninawe, in Vaishali Nagar.
“Chaurasiya attacked Belekar with weapon, however, Sakhare, who too have past records, stabbed brick on his head as Belekar hold the weapon in his hand to resist them. Chaurasiya slit his throat when Belekar released the weapon,” said PI. Cops have seized the weapon. Shreewas, was also involved in the offence, would arrest under relevant sections. Belekar and Chaurasiya, earlier, were partners in crime said Mane.
Cops said Belekar was booked under non cognizable offence for a week ago. He too was externed for his repeated criminal activities in 2008 they added. DCP, crime, Ranjankumar Shrama and ACP Rina Janbandhu too visited the spot.
