NAGPUR: Two more bodies of Kelvad flood victims were fished out by local police at 5pm from Kolara dam on Wednesday. One body is yet to be found.

Kelvad police team under asst PI Amitkumar Atram recovered the body of Neemu Athnere, followed by that of Darsh alias Dadu Choukikar (10), almost seven km from the place where they were swept away in an SUV. API Atram said he was informed by a fisherman from Tirangi village about the woman’s body. “The bodies were found floating in the dam,” he said.

Body of vehicle driver Vikas alias Bablu Diware is missing. Rescue operation will resume on Thursday.

Darsh’s mother Roshni, their relative Madhukar Patil and his wife Nirmala were also among the six passengers who had been swept away along with the vehicle in Brahmanmari nullah on Nandagoumukh-Chhatrapur road on Tuesday.
