‘Develop leadership qualities for success’
Nagpur: Some leaders are born while other are shaped. Students should give their best to learn leadership qualities for success in life as it is constantly evolving. Even technology too will play an important role in development, said Nikhil Atale, a financial adviser, on Monday.

He also spoke on how the world had become a global village and knowing the importance of cross-culture management. Students should know about various cultures and their customs, he added.

Bhave stressed the importance of being properly attired as it gets 10% of the job done. Students should behave like soldiers, never out of uniform, he said. “Think of your appearance as a passport. This will help people recognize you for who you are. But your knowledge is your visa. That is what gives you permission and the right to do what you do, and be where you are.”
Pinky Krishnani, Kailas Kadu, Bhave, Vijay Khadse, Padmanabh Waradpande and Yashwant Hande will be among the faculty members during the programme.
