Convict held for raping minor, mother

Nagpur: A 33-year-old murder convict, Kunal Goswami, was arrested by Jaripatka police after he allegedly raped a 43-year-old woman and her 14-year-old daughter several times in a span of one year. Goswami was on parole in April last year and again in January this year.It’s learnt that Goswami, convicted in a murder in Jaripatka in 2014, had repeatedly raped the woman, whom he knew for some time. Besides targeting the woman, Goswami would lure her minor daughter into physical relationship everytime he found her alone . He was held after the woman went to police.
