CIMC 2024: Experts deliberate to redefine business landscapes through innovation

Nagpur: Aiming to redefine business landscapes through innovation and sustainability, the 16th Central India Management Conference (CIMC) 2024 brought together brilliant minds from academia, industry, and research under one roof. Organised by VSPM Academy of Higher Education's Central Institute of Business Management Research and Development (CIBMRD) in collaboration with St Mary's University, Philippines, on the theme ‘Efficiency, Innovation, and Technological Convergence for Sustainable Business Transformation', the event provided a vibrant platform for intellectual discourse and collaborative insights.The conference was inaugurated by pro-vice-chancellor of Nagpur Umiversity Rajendra Kakde. Director of CIBMRD Amishi Arora welcomed the distinguished guests. It was followed by a keynote address by Regina D Ramel, dean, School of Accountancy and Business, St Mary's University.Parallel technical sessions highlighted global challenges and opportunities in business. MD of Ajmera Tyres, Dipesh Ajmera, delivered a key address, while researchers from India and abroad presented over 100 papers.The event featured engaging panel discussions with speakers like Nirzhar Kulkarni, Gyanendra Tripathi, and Tanveer Mirza, among others. Topics revolved around business transformation through innovation and efficiency. "India should view the world as its market instead of becoming the world's marketplace," emphasised Mirza.IQAC head Yogita Sure, convenor Sagar Khursange, Ravindra Gharpure, Ashiwn Mesram, Athar Ali, Aarti Kulkarni, Rajendra Chore, Sharda Wasade and Tegendra Girde contribiuted their mite for success of the programme.
