BCS holds investiture ceremony

Nagpur: The investiture ceremony and opening of new maths lab and felicitation of meritorious students of Std XII of Bishop Cotton School (CBSE) and Senior Secondary was held recently with great pomp and show.
The ceremony was attended by Rachna Singh, principal of St Ursula Girls School, along with Rev Jaisingh Pathre from Presbyterian AHM 1840 CNI Church and Dr Suresh Sonwane from Presbyterian All Saint's Cathedral.
The highlight of the event was the head boy Zulfiqar Siddiqui and head girl Devika Bhagat pledging their commitment to uphold the school’s motto.
The ceremony also witnessed the investiture of various other student council members, including the head girl, sports captain, cultural secretary, and House Captains.
The badges were pinned to their blazers by the chief guest and other dignitaries.
Singh congratulated the newly appointed student council members. Pathre and Sonwane also addressed the gathering. The programme was compered by Elveena Swami.
