NAGPUR: Crime branch arrested a woman murder convict who had jumped parole and gone into hiding.
Nalini Dhapke, 37, a resident of Bajaj Square in Narkhed, was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2003 for the murder of Raman Topne. She had gone missing in January 2012 and was wanted by the rural police.
Police said that she had been shifted to Nagpur central jail and was released on parole for a month in 2011.

However, she didn't return and sought extension of parole for one more month. Police said that she was supposed to return to the jail on January 9, 2012.
After being tipped-off by an informant, police night patrol arrested Dhapke from Manewada area. She was later handed over to Kelvad police station.
