MYSORE: The Regional Tibetan Youth Congress in association with Regional Tibetan Women Association and Tibetan Freedom and Restoration Committee held a candle light procession at the Matyrs Stupa in Bylakuppe to pay homage to Pema Tsepak, who died after he was tortured by the Chinese police.
The procession was also held to condemn suppression of Tibetans and violation of human rights by the Chinese government.

Earlier this month, when three young Tibetans Pema Tsepak, Thinlay Ngodup and Buayoung Dargay from Kham Tsewa Zogong staged a protest against the Chinese government, they were arrested and beaten up mercilessly said a press release.
