Six arrested in murder case

MYSORE: Six youths wanted in connection with the murder of a rowdy sheeter Kariappa were arrested on Tuesday.
Following a tip off from the prime accused Devendra, who was in police custody, Saraswathipuram police nabbed his associates Ashok, Manjesh, Vijay, Praveen, Hemanth and Ramesh. Weapons used for the crime and two four-wheelers have been seized from them.
Kariappa was brutally hacked to death by the gang in T K layout, ten days back.
Police have taken the accused into custody for further investigation after producing them before a court here.
