Mukund told Ramadas that Indian officials responded to their calls and ensured his well-being till he reached home. “The government ensured good food and made staying arrangements. I thank the Government of India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for all this support,” he said.
Ramadas said over 18,000 Indians were stuck in Ukraine and the government of India is working hard to bring all of them safely to India. “Already over 10,000 Indians have returned safely,” he said.
Local corporator Geethashri Yoganand, and others were present.
