MYSORE: Local girl MR Ramya beat Bhateri of Haryana to win the 63kg category title in the All India Invitational Wrestling competition at Devaraj Urs Multipurpose Wrestling stadium here on Sunday.
Other winners in the women's section are Prema Huchannavar, Arti Patil and Dhanashree Patil all from Karnataka won the title in the 48kg, 51kg and 72kg respectively.

In the men's section, Shivaji Patil (Mumbai), K Gopi (DYSS, Davangere), LM Yelashetty (KSP) Bhagavanth A Bilagi (KSP) and SH Ananda of Karnataka won the title in the 55kg, 60kg, 66kg, 74kg, 84kg and 96kg respectively.
The following wrestlers from Karnataka will be representing Karnataka in the senior national wrestling champions to be held at Uttar Pradesh.
