Congress seeks aid for poor during lockdown

MYSURU: A delegation of Karnataka PCC led by former minister N Cheluvarayaswamy met deputy commissioner Abhiam G Sankar and submitted a 12-point memorandum urging the state government to look into the plight of all sections of the society during the lockdown.
The delegation comprised former MPs and MLAs and sitting MLCs and MLAs.
Mysuru city District Congress Committee (DCC) president R Murthy said the committee urged the state government to help people who have lost livelihood due to Covid-19 lockdown.
