Community lunch with religious leaders planned at graveyard

Mysuru: Karnataka State Backward Classes Forum state unit chief KS Shivaram has decided to celebrate his 47th birthday by conducting a ‘Saha Pankthi Bhojanam’ or community lunch with religious leaders at a graveyard near Chamundi foothills on June 8. Shivaram said a programme on communal harmony will also be inaugurated the same day at 10.30am.
The event is organised to spread communal harmony and highlight the importance of Dravidian culture among youths.Participants will be served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, he added. tnn
