Tuli's application is scheduled to come up before the high court on Monday.
Mookhey lodged a criminal case against Tuli. She accused Tuli and her in-laws of criminal breach of trust and of subjecting her to cruelty.
On August 31, a trial court rejected Tuli's plea for protection from arrest, but granted anticipatory bail to Mookhey's in-laws.
The high court earlier, while hearing Yukta's plea challeging a trial court observation that domestic violence was not made out in the cases that had been filed, said that the sessions judge had not taken into consideration that the offence under Section 498A is "a continuing offence".
The HC said that the trial judge did not consider the 15 non-cognisable offences, proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act and two complaints filed by Yukta.
