Woman’s body found on isolated road in Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai: Panvel city police have found a woman's body dumped on an isolated road near Bambaipada village on the Uran-Panvel road in Panvel taluka on Sunday morning. Prima facie, the Panvel city police have registered a murder case as the woman was strangled using a cloth.Nitin Thakare, senior inspector of Panvel city police station said, "The victim woman has been identified as a resident of Mankhurd. We are scanning the CCTV footages to get vital leads of the suspects."
