bail

.


The video was posted on a social media app on July 8. The bail hearing is set for July 15. A case under IPC sections 34 (common intention) and 153(A) (promoting enmity) has been registered. Lawyer Ali Kasshif Shaikh for the accused-Hasnain Khan (21), Mudassir Shaikh (23) and Shadan Farooqui (23), all entertainers by profession-said, "The FIR was registered without proper investigation."
