Spl court junks man’s bail plea in Pocso case

Mumbai: A special Pocso court on Friday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of a dentist accused of raping and abetting the suicide of a 17-year-old girl who worked with him. According to the FIR, the girl had complained to her sisters about being inappropriately touched by the dentist. She had also complained of being raped by him. FIR says that he had threatened to circulate a video clip of her and emotionally blackmailed her into not quitting the job.tnn
