Raut made the remark while speaking to the media. Both Sarnaik and Deshmukh are under the scanner of the Enforcement Directorate.

"Anil Deshmukh's view has to be understood. Pratap Sarnak's side has to be understood. By making allegations, the ED or central agencies are putting them in a fix. Haven't such allegations made by the people from BJP or other parties? Are they so clean? The people of Maharashtra have to think about it. CM, Pawar will discuss this soon," said Raut.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned former Deshmukh to its office in Mumbai for questioning. However, he skipped the ED summons and sought a fresh date for appearance.

Raut also said that the govt of the three parties (MVA) is functioning well. "Where does the question of unhappiness comes from? Somewhere, a full stop has to be given to this (talks of unease among coalition partners). MVA has been doing good work, there is coordination. Whether the government is of one party, two parties, three-party or of 32 parties like Atal Ji's government, there could be different views."

If the Opposition can't see what the coalition government is doing, then there is a problem in their eyesight, he added.

Further taking a jibe at the former chief minister, Raut said that "Fadnavis talking about taking 'sanyas is misfortune (durdaiv) of the party. Instead of taking sanyas, the Opposition Leader and the colleagues should work shoulder to shoulder with the government."
