NEW DELHI: Actor Salman Khan received yet another death threat from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang at the Mumbai Traffic Control Room on Thursday night, according to police officials.
A threat message was sent to the Worli traffic control room regarding the writer of the song 'Main Sikandar Houn.' The sender demanded Rs 5 crore from Salman Khan.
A case has been registered against an unknown person by Worli Police. Investigation is currently underway.
Death threat to Shah Rukh KhanThe Bandra police received a call on Tuesday, where the caller threatened actor Shah Rukh Khan and demanded a Rs 50 lakh ransom.
The number was traced to Faizan Khan, a lawyer from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, who claimed his phone was stolen. Faizan has been summoned for questioning by the Mumbai police. The caller, who identified himself as “Hindustani,” warned that he would kill Khan unless the ransom was paid.
This threat follows recent incidents involving other celebrities, including Salman Khan, who faced similar threats earlier this year.
In October 2023, Shah Rukh Khan’s security was upgraded to Y+ following threats related to his films Pathaan and Jawan.
