It is located within Veermata Jijabai Bhosale (VJB) Udyan.According to tender documents accessed by TOI, the works pegged at Rs 1.48 crore cover both structural restoration and high-end interior upgrades. The plan includes internal and external painting, polishing of wooden structural members, and repairs to key sections such as the store room, driver's room, wooden ceilings, and Mangalore tile roofing. Damaged false ceilings will be replaced and electrical systems upgraded. The proposal also focuses on revamping the bungalow's interiors. The ground floor is set to see a complete transformation, with new Italian marble flooring, redesigned living spaces, and conversion of the existing conference room into a guest living area.
