Realty firm ex-MD arrested in cheating case
The former managing director of Sigrun Realties, Rajesh Nair, was arrested on Tuesday in a case of cheating, forgery, breach of trust and criminal conspiracy. He was remanded in police custody till July 19 by the Andheri magistrate court.
Stephen D’mello, promoter of Sigrun Realties, in a complaint said Nair in connivance with other directors allotted 14 crore shares to himself free of cost.
