Raj Thackeray's pet dog James passes away; MNS chief bids teary goodbye

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Tuesday bid an emotional goodbye to his pet dog James as it breathed his last on June 28 (Monday).

The MNS leader was seen teary-eyed as James was laid to rest. He put on a garland and flowers and patted his beloved pet for one last time.

The canine reportedly passed away due to old age. It was cremated at the Parel cemetery.

The Great Dane had been with Thackeray for several years now. It had also accompanied him on various trips and tours.

On several occasions, pictures of Thackeray and James have gone viral on the internet. The leader was also the owner of two other Great Danes -- Bond and Sean. However, both of them had passed away before James.
