Priya case hearing on May 10

MUMBAI: A sessions court here would frame charges against four accused, including Ketan Anand and Vivek Anand, sons of the late filmmaker Chetan Anand, on May 10 in the case pertaining to the murder of former actress Priya Rajwansh.
On May 3, the Mumbai high court rejected the plea of Anand brothers seeking discharge from the case.
The duo had filed an appeal against the April 6 order of the trial court refusing to discharge them from the case.Both the trial court and the high court held that there was sufficient ground to implicate them in the crime.
