BJP vs MVA

It was a day for protests as BJP workers also took to the streets of Mumbai on Friday to protest against inflated electricity bills in the city during the lockdown. Accusing Maharashtra's MVA government of 'harassing' common people and farmers for recovery of electricity bills, BJP legislator Pravin Darekar said that if the Uddhav Thackeray-led government failed to immediately stop 'harassment' of common citizens and farmers over the recovery of power dues, BJP will intensify its statewide agitation over the issue.
