​Parents accuse teacher of molesting girl

MUMBAI: A physical training teacher of a Dadar school was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly kissing a Class III student on the forehead.
The incident took place on the school premises.
The teacher claimed to have committed the act out of affection, appreciating the student’s performance at a gymnastics event on Monday.
“A case of molestation was registered based on the girl’s parents’ allegation.The teacher has accepted that he kissed the girl for her performance. He also said that his intention was not bad,” DCP (Zone V) Dhananjay Kulkarni said.
