No HC relief for Mithun Chakraborty's son in pre-arrest bail

MUMBAI: Bombay high court on Thursday refused to grant any relief from arrest to the wife of actor Mithun Chakraborty, yesteryear actor Yogita Bali, and his son Mahaakshay in a rape and cheating case lodged in Delhi.
Justice Ajay Gadkari asked the duo to approach the Delhi court. Earlier, this week, a court in Rohini had said that there were enough grounds to lodge an FIR against Mahaakshay and Bali.The complaint was lodged by a woman claiming that Mahaakshay had a relationship with her by promising marriage. When she got pregnant, he gave her medicine that led to an abortion.
The woman said Bali threatened her to stop the relationship.
