Mumbai Traffic Police issues advisory for Eid

MUMBAI: Mumbai Traffic Police have announced road restrictions for vehicular movement effective from 2pm on Friday till 4am on Saturday for Eid.
Road closure:
In Byculla
* Seth Motisha Lane from Parab chowk to Byculla police station
* BA Road south-bound arm from Dadoji Kondev Junction upto Khada Parsi junction.
* Rambhau Bhogale Road from Ghodapdeo Chowk to Mustafa Bridge.
In Nagpada
* Khada Parsi to Saat Rasta circle on BJ Road
* S bridge to Ghodke chowk on NM Joshi Marg
* Byculla station to Kalapani junction
* Saat Rasta circle to Nagpada junction on Maulana Azad Road
* Nagpada junction to Mumbai Central Junction on Belasis Road
* JJ Road to Nagpada junction on Dimtimkar Road
* KK Marg to Tambit Naka police chowky
* Pila House to JJ Road junction
* Khada Parsi Junction to Nagpada Junction on Claire Road
In Pydhonie
* Mandavi Junction to Chakala Junction on Mohammad Ali Road.
* Bhendi Bazaar Junction to Chimna Butcher Street on SVP Road
* Pydhonie traffic chowky to Bhendi Bazaar Junction on SVP Road
* Chimna Butcher Street to Mastan Talao
In Kalbadevi
* LT Marg junction to Pydhonie Junction on Abdul Rehman Street
In CST
* Chakala junction to Haj House on MRA Marg
* Haj House to LT Marg Junction on DN Road
No entry restrictions:
* No entry at CP Tank near Teen Batti Circle
* No entry from Gol Temple to Teen Batti Circle
Diversions:
* Vehicles intending to go to south Mumbai should use Chinchpokli bridge- NM Joshi Marg- S bridge- right turn- KK Marg- Saat Rasta circle- Sane Guruji Marg- A Nair Road- DB Marg- MK Road and further south.
* Vehicles on BA Road going to south Mumbai will take a left turn at Dadoji Konddev Junction through ES Patanwala Road, will approach Nath Pai Road and take a right turn towards south Mumbai.
* Vehicles moving from South Mumbai to North should use DN Road- LT Marg- Metro Cinema Junction- Anandilal Podar Marg- MK Road.
* South bound traffic can use JJ Road- JJ flyover- Mohd Ali Road till processions reach JJ junction.
* Traffic from P D'Mello Road will go straight to Wadi Bunder junction towards Carnac Bunder. Traffic on SVP Road intending to go to Bhendi Bazaar will take a right turn at Char Nal Junction- JJ Hospital- JJ Junction and right turn towards Kalbadevi.
