Mumbai sees a dip

Still reeling from the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic, Mumbai on Monday reported the lowest daily case count in 47 days. According to BMC, Mumbai reported 2,662 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours. With that, the total caseload of the city surged to 6,58,866. 18+ take the jab

Under the third phase of the coronavirus vaccination drive, several people belonging to the age group of 18 to 44 years took the jab in Mumbai on Monday. At present, the inoculation drive for beneficiaries over 18 years of age is only operational at five centres in the city -- BKC Jumbo centre, Nair Hospital, Cooper Hospital, SevenHills Hospital and Rajawadi Hospital. No vaccine for 45+

Vaccination for those above 45 years of age remained suspended on Monday due to an acute shortage of vaccine doses in the city.
