Mumbai local trains affected as 5-hour block taken on Santacruz–Goregaon section

MUMBAI: To carry out maintenance work on tracks, signalling and overhead equipment, a five-hour block is being undertaken on the fast lines between Santacruz and Goregaon stations till 3 pm. During the block period, all fast line trains will operate on the slow line between Santacruz and Goregaon. Additionally, due to this block, some suburban services will remain cancelled, while some Borivali and Andheri services will run up to Goregaon on the Harbour Line.
