MUMBAI: Central Railway, Mumbai Division, will operate a megablock on its suburban sections to carry out various engineering and maintenance works. The block will be on the Up and Down fast lines between Thane and Kalyan stations from 10.40 am to 3.40 pm.

The Up Fast/Semi-fast services leaving Kalyan from 10.28 am to 3.40 pm will be diverted onto the Up Slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations, halting at Diva, Mumbra, and Kalva stations in addition to their respective halts.

They will be further re-diverted onto the Up Fast line at Mulund station and will arrive at their destination 10 minutes later than their scheduled arrival.

The Down Mail/Express trains leaving CSMT/Dadar will be diverted onto the 5th line between Thane and Kalyan stations. Up Mail/Express trains arriving at CSMT/Dadar will be diverted onto the 6th line between Kalyan and Thane/Vikhroli stations.

Trans Harbour Line
There will be a block on the Trans-Harbour lines between Thane and Vashi/Nerul stations from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm. The Up Trans-Harbour line services from Panvel/Nerul/Vashi towards Thane, leaving Vashi at 10.25 am to leaving Nerul at 4.09 pm, and Down Trans-Harbour line services towards Vashi/Nerul/Panvel, leaving Thane from 10.35 am to 4.07 pm, will remain suspended.

Western Railway
To carry out maintenance work on tracks, signals, and overhead equipment, a jumbo block of five hours is being carried out on fast lines between Santacruz and Goregaon stations from 10 am to 3 pm.

During the block period, all Fast line suburban trains will be operated on the slow line between Goregaon and Santacruz stations. Some suburban trains will remain cancelled during the block, and some of the Andheri and Borivali trains will be worked up to Goregaon on the Harbour line.
