Thane: Man stabs to death wife who he suspected was having an affair

MUMBAI: A 50-year-old man stabbed to death his wife and seriously injured his neighbour who tried to intervene in Kalyan.

The arrested accused suspected his wife was having an extra-marital affair. Police said he was unemployed and he was dependent on his wife , a cleaner at Bhiwandi-Nizampura City Municipal Corporation.

Kolsewadi police on Monday morning at Tisgaon in Kalyan (E), both were at home while their son had gone to college.
